Prepare for your arrival at the Conference Center

1st STEP

Please go to the « visitors » entrance in the « Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances » at 139, Rue de Bercy, 75012 Paris.

2nd STEP

Security will check your bag and perform a metal detector check.

3rd STEP

Please proceed to the event tent to verify your identity.

4th STEP

You will then be invited to walk to the Conference Centre at the other end of the ministry as indicated on the map.

Important information

  • Please arrive early to avoid missing the beginning of the conferences. At least 1 hour in advance.
  • Please bring proof of identity. Anyone arriving without an ID will be asked to leave the premises without access.
  • No on-site registration will be possible. Registrations will be open up to 72h before the opening of the event.
  • Please limit the amount of luggage, as this will increase the time spent at security checkpoints.
  • A checkroom will be available on the 1st floor of the conference center for your personal belongings.
